01 The Lab

A clear picture of where you are

Biomarkers, genetics, hormone panels, metabolic markers, and body composition, brought together in one calm, considered visit. Then you sit down with a clinician and build your plan, together.

The process

How The Lab works

Think of The Lab as getting a clear picture of where you are today, then building your plan with a clinician who takes the time to walk you through it.
We look at the whole picture, from biomarkers and genetics to hormone panels, metabolic markers, and body composition via InBody, so your plan starts with you, not a trend. Your clinician reviews everything with you. The Lab is designed for general wellness and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, check with your doctor.

Step 1

Start with your baseline. A licensed phlebotomist handles a quick blood draw, and an InBody scan adds body composition, so you begin with a full, honest starting point.

Step 2

Your Ultimate Longevity Center clinician reviews your biomarkers, genetics, hormone panels, and metabolic markers, then pulls out what matters most for you and your goals.

Step 3

Sit down with your clinician to talk through your results and shape a personalized plan together, from Lab visits and Playground sessions to Apothecary picks. Members often tell us this is the moment it all clicks.

FAQ

Common
Questions

  • What happens at my first Lab visit?

It depends on what brings you in. If you're starting with an assessment, it begins with a baseline blood draw with a licensed phlebotomist and an InBody scan, then a sit-down with your clinician to walk through everything together and build your plan at a pace that feels right for you. If you're here for IV therapy, you'll start with a quick clinical consultation instead.

  • Do I need bloodwork to book an IV?

For most drips, no. The Lab is more than testing. Our IV therapy menu lives here too, and most drips can be booked without a blood draw. Some specialty drips, like iron infusions, may require labs first. Every IV starts with a quick consultation where a licensed clinician makes sure it's a good fit. Explore the IV therapy menu.

  • What does The Lab look at?

The Lab brings together biomarkers, genetics, hormone panels, metabolic markers, and body composition, so you and your clinician can see the full picture of where you are today.

  • How does The Lab connect to the rest of ULC?

Your plan can extend well beyond The Lab, with sessions in The Playground, drips from the IV menu, and picks from The Apothecary. Your clinician helps you shape what fits your routine.

  • Is The Lab right for me?

Your clinician reviews everything with you and helps you decide what makes sense. The Lab is designed for general wellness and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please check with your doctor if you have a medical condition, take medications, or are pregnant or nursing. Offerings may vary by location.
