How it works
ULC Hyperbaric happens inside a comfortable, hard-shell chamber where the air pressure is gently raised above what you'd feel at sea level. You lie back on a cushioned bed, your specialist checks in, and the door closes on the rest of the day.
Once the door seals, the pressure rises slowly, a lot like the feeling of a plane coming in to land. Your ears may pop, so you swallow or yawn, and then everything settles into a quiet stillness.
With the chamber at pressure, every breath you take carries more oxygen than it would at sea level. There's nothing to do but breathe normally, so most members read, listen to something good, or simply drift and let the session be theirs.
Because the session is low-key and restful, it slips easily into a busy week, whether that's after a hard training day or before a big meeting. Many people find it becomes the appointment they protect most on their calendar.
ULC Hyperbaric is designed to be the base layer of a Playground visit. Members often pair it with the Lumen Bed or the H2 Lounge, or head to the Reset Chair afterward to build a full session around how they want to feel.
At the end, the pressure eases back down just as gradually, your ears adjust once more, and the door opens. Members often tell us they step out feeling calm, clear, and more like themselves.

FAQ
ULC Hyperbaric is our hyperbaric oxygen therapy: you relax in a hard-shell chamber while the air pressure is gently increased, so you're breathing oxygen under pressure. Your specialist guides you through every step.
It's an easy, restorative session that fits into almost any routine, and it pairs well with nearly everything else we offer.
Many members pair it with the Lumen Bed or the H2 Lounge, or follow it with the Reset Chair to round out a full reset.
Every first visit starts with a conversation and a screening with your specialist to make sure it's a good fit. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, check with your doctor first.
