What you'll feel

Let the floor move

Pulse Platform is a ten-minute session on a platform that moves in quick, gentle rhythms beneath your feet. You simply stand, relax your knees and let the platform do the moving, no workout clothes or effort required.

Your specialist shows you where to stand and starts the platform at a soft, steady hum. The first few seconds can tickle a little, then your body settles into the rhythm and it starts to feel surprisingly natural.

As the session continues, the platform's vibration travels up from your feet, and your muscles respond with tiny, natural movements to keep you balanced. Some people stay still, while others add a slow squat or shift their weight to feel it in different places.

Because it's low-impact and quick, Pulse Platform slots neatly into rest days, busy weeks or the morning after a long flight. Many members use it as a warm-up before training or a cool-down at the end of a session.

Ten minutes on Pulse Platform pairs naturally with the rest of the Playground. Members often start here to feel switched on before The Ember Room or Arctic Contact, or step on afterward for a light, easy finish.

When the platform slows to a stop, there's a fun moment where the floor feels extra still beneath you. Members often tell us they step off feeling loose, light and ready to move into the rest of their day.
