How it works
The Ember Room is our private dry sauna, filled with deep, dry heat held between 160 and 180°F for a 25-minute session. You sit or recline on smooth wood, close the door, and give yourself time that belongs to no one else.
In the first few minutes, the heat wraps around you gradually, starting at your skin and working its way in. Your breathing slows, your shoulders soften, and before long you notice the first beads of sweat.
Through the heart of the session, the Ember Room holds an even, enveloping dry heat while your body warms all the way through and you settle into a steady sweat. Most members simply breathe, stretch out, and let the quiet do its work.
Many members step into the Ember Room right after a workout, when the warmth feels like a natural way to close out the effort. Others save it for the evening, making it the quiet ritual that marks the end of a long day.
The Ember Room is designed to pair with Arctic Contact for a classic hot-and-cold contrast, moving from deep warmth to a crisp chill and back again. Members also like to add a visit to the H2 Lounge, or finish in the Reset Chair for a calmer close to their visit.
When your 25 minutes are up, you step out into cooler air, take a long drink of water, and let your body settle. Members often tell us they leave warm, loose, and calm, with a glow that lingers well into the day.

FAQ
The Ember Room is our signature dry sauna. Think deep, dry, enveloping warmth. You'll sit or recline in a private sauna as the heat builds gradually, your body warms through and you begin to sweat. Most members describe it as equal parts relaxing and invigorating.
Heat has been part of wellness rituals for centuries. We pair the Ember Room with other Playground modalities so each visit becomes a balanced rhythm of warming up, cooling down and resting.
Arctic Contact for a classic hot-and-cold contrast, the H2 Lounge as part of your routine, or the Reset Chair as a calming finish.
Every first visit starts with a conversation and screening with one of our specialists, who will help set a temperature and session length that feels right for you. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are sensitive to heat, or take medication that affects how your body handles heat, please check with your doctor before your first session. Stay hydrated, and step out any time you feel lightheaded or uncomfortable.
